Mystery Shopping As part of our employee optimization tools, we conduct mystery shopping on employees in our employ and third-party staff highlighting areas of improvement. Our Methodology IN-STORE VISIT We will conduct multiple in-store visit to establish if exceptions are trends or one-off errors. DOCUMENT EVIDENCE We will provide photos and possible video evidence for exceptions raised. These documents are strictly for management use. ASSESSMENT We will provide our assessments based on the KPI metrics and standard operating procedures provided by your team precondition of spot checks RECOMMENDATIONS We will provide feedback on areas of improvement and also recommend possible suggestions to effectively eliminate exceptions raised.
